Crispy Fried Chicken
Seasoned chicken breast strips are coated with corn flour and fried to make crispy, tender and juicy pieces that are to be enjoyed with favourite sauce.
Ingredients
- 3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 3 cups of corn flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions
- Wash and cut the chicken into fine long strips
- Dry the chicken pieces with kitchen towel to remove the excess water
- Put the chicken in a large bowl and add eggs, garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, pepper and corn flour
- Mix until the chicken is well coated with the mixture
- Heat oil in a frying pan and add the chicken pieces one by one. Cook on medium heat until the chicken turns to a light brown colour
