Chicken Patty
This crispy and tender chicken patty is made by combining ground chicken, spices, herbs, breadcrumbs and fried until golden brown into a delicious burger.
For 20 pieces
Ingredients:
- 2 grounded chicken breasts
- 4-5 cups breadcrumbs
- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup finely chopped coriander leaves
- 2 teaspoon finely chopped mint leaves
- ¼ tablespoon cumin powder
- 2 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 2 pinch of clove powder
- ½ teaspoon of garlic paste
- ¼ teaspoon of ginger paste
- 1 onion finely chopped
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Combine the ground chicken, chopped coriander, mint leaves, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, cinnamon, clove powder and salt to taste and mix altogether
- Crack the eggs in a separate bowl and beat well
- Put the breadcrumbs in a plate
- Take a tennis sized ball of the ground chicken mixture and carefully flatten with the palm of your hands into a small disc
- Dip raw chicken patty disc in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs, making sure to coat them evenly on both sides
- Repeat until all ground chicken is used up
- Heat oil in a frying pan
- Carefully place the patties in the oil in small batches and fry both sides on medium heat until golden brown
