Crispy Fried Chicken

Seasoned chicken breast strips are coated with corn flour and fried to make crispy, tender and juicy pieces that are to be enjoyed with favourite sauce.


  1. 3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  2. 3 cups of corn flour
  3. 2 beaten eggs
  4. 2 tablespoon garlic paste
  5. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. Oil for deep frying


  1. Wash and cut the chicken into fine long strips
  2. Dry the chicken pieces with kitchen towel to remove the excess water
  3. Put the chicken in a large bowl and add eggs, garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, pepper and corn flour
  4. Mix until the chicken is well coated with the mixture
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan and add the chicken pieces one by one. Cook on medium heat until the chicken turns to a light brown colour
