Chicken Patty

This crispy and tender chicken patty is made by combining ground chicken, spices, herbs, breadcrumbs and fried until golden brown into a delicious burger.

For 20 pieces


  1. 2 grounded chicken breasts
  2. 4-5 cups breadcrumbs
  3. 4 eggs
  4. ¼ cup finely chopped coriander leaves
  5. 2 teaspoon finely chopped mint leaves
  6. ¼ tablespoon cumin powder
  7. 2 pinch of cinnamon powder
  8. 2 pinch of clove powder
  9. ½ teaspoon of garlic paste
  10. ¼ teaspoon of ginger paste
  11. 1 onion finely chopped
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Salt to taste


  1. Combine the ground chicken, chopped coriander, mint leaves, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, cinnamon, clove powder and salt to taste and mix altogether
  2. Crack the eggs in a separate bowl and beat well
  3. Put the breadcrumbs in a plate
  4. Take a tennis sized ball of the ground chicken mixture and carefully flatten with the palm of your hands into a small disc
  5. Dip raw chicken patty disc in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs, making sure to coat them evenly on both sides
  6. Repeat until all ground chicken is used up
  7. Heat oil in a frying pan
  8. Carefully place the patties in the oil in small batches and fry both sides on medium heat until golden brown
